Cancellation and Refund Policy

No Refunds

Consultation fees, program enrollment fees, webinar fees, and digital product fees are non-refundable once a booking or purchase is made.

Rescheduling Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled one time per booking without an additional charge if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.

Customers must notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment to request a reschedule. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Missed Appointments

If a customer misses an appointment or does not notify us within the required time, the consultation fee will be forfeited and the booking may not be eligible for another appointment.

Duplicate or Failed Payments

If a duplicate payment is received or an amount is debited without successful booking confirmation, contact us with payment proof. Verified duplicate or failed-payment cases will be reviewed and resolved as per payment gateway records.
